Whether it’s lifestyle imagery of you and your faithful friend, relaxing in the garden after all your hard work, a classic pet portrait, your children enjoying their special relationship with your pets, or high action equestrian sports - creating your image is paramount.

To provide such a personal service, a pre-shoot consultation can help establish what you require, potential locations and importantly to meet your animals. Animals are sentient beings and it helps enormously to meet them prior to shoot day. Pictures only look great if everyone is relaxed and its important to put your animals at their ease with both myself and the camera.

They say never work with children and animals..well... they could be right but I’m always up for a challenge and love the chance to capture the special relationships of children, families and their animals.

I always prefer to use natural lighting conditions and locations if at all possible as this ensures that the images created are as unposed as possible. More formal and traditional portraiture is also possible however.
