Your Questions, Answered-
No. They are not suitable for rehabilitation and some of the exercises will not suit everyone. Part of learning body movement is to make your own assessments as to what is good for your body and we always say if in doubt, leave it out. However, I strive to include exercises and variations that should be accessible to most people in general good health. If you have any medical issues it is your responsibility to check if these are suitable.

In simple terms this is because I can’t be there with you and keep an eye on everything you do and I don’t know your body and its quirks. We are responsible for our own bodies and actions, and this is also the ethos of my pilates practice and life. I am just a guide, you choose.
