Here you can find all past videos from our monthly courses PLUS our new monthly courses, dropping weekly. Although the monthly courses are designed as such with progression built in, all classes can be used individually for your work out. Just make sure you don't just stick to your favourites! Pilates is not supposed to be easy.

The classes are designed to develop and challenge over the month and will build your skills and competence. 20-35 min classes for your convenience so that you can easily fit them into your lives. On demand so you can do these anywhere you have internet access. To get the best from your classes it is recommended to practice at least twice a week.
