Refreshed You Pilates Course

Our monthly Pilates course developing skills and challenging others.

This month we are working out in the beautiful pool house of a large, country estate in Wiltshire, UK, surrounded by lush tropical foliage.

Unlimited access to totally exclusive weekly pilates based video classes for the month (4 weeks). New videos drop every Monday morning at 0800h GMT. The classes are designed to develop and challenge over the month and will build your skills and competence. 25-35 min classes for your convenience so that you can easily fit them into your lives. On demand so you can do these anywhere you have internet access. To get the best from your classes it is recommended to practice at least twice a week.
