May - week 3

We are using hand weights in this class. Mine are just 500g each but this is sufficient. You do not need heavy weights for these exercises.

Tennis ball rising with floating arms and knee bends

Wide legged side reach with relaxed lower arm

Spine curl with walking feet
Spine curls with knee folds progress to vertical leg

4 point kneeling

Table top progressing to extension
