February 2026 - week 1
For February we have changed location to a pool house on a private country estate in the rolling Wiltshire downs.
It’s always good to change places to exercise and is particularly good for proprioception. Different underfoot textures and surroundings develop your awareness and understanding of body movement in different scenarios.
